BlueSolar Technology is an integrated  PV + thermal panel.

It is based on spectral splitting of the sunlight via patented formulation of light optical filters.

BlueSolar Technology converts standard PV Panel into dual PV-mirror Panels with an intelligent filter that splits the solar spectrum, transmitting to the PV cells only useful wavelengths for the semiconductor and reflecting to the central thermal receiver of the tower the remaining wavelengths. This reflection generates heat  that can be economically stored  and be converted to either electricity via turbine or producing high quality steam usable for

industrial processes.

This PV panel conversion increases system efficiency up to 50% compared with standard 1axis PV configuration.
